TNA Total Fitness's Philosophy

We are a mobile business, meeting busy folks at their gym, park or home.  We use interval training to push your body into an increased metabolic burn even after you leave your training session with TNA Total Fitness.

Training regimens consist of
*Bodyweight,
*TRX Suspension,
*Tabata Method, 
*Resistance Bands,
*Stand Up Paddling &
*other fun items to consistenly "shock" your body.

We engage your body core in every exercise with workouts designed to strengthen your entire body.  Most importantly, every workout are constantly changing, never the same to prevent any plateau affect nomally seen in standard exercise programs.

Be smart with your time, but be sure you are training with people who understand the anatomy, physiology & kinetics of the body.  You don't need to spend hours at the gym but you just need to put in the work.

Nutrition, a simple workout regimen, & your willingness to work are the 3 criterias for success.  TNA Total Fitness will help map out a program to get you started.  What are you waiting for?  Act in ways that are compatible with the person you want to be.  Don't live in the past or in fear, let us help you get where YOU want to be!
